Step 6: Submit and Track After submission, you'll receive a case number. You can track your case status online anytime.

What Happens After Filing?

  1. The commission will examine your complaint (7-14 days)

  2. If accepted, a notice will be sent to the opposite party

  3. Both parties will be called for hearing (can be virtual)

  4. The commission will pass an order (usually within 3-6 months)
